Hmmmmm

Chocolate...after eating one hershey's kiss this morning I decided- THAT'S IT! I am going without chocolate for the rest of my life. HA! Yeah right. I would never think that. I did however, decide to go without for an entire WEEK! It will be difficult, but I feel I can do it. I really have just been eating SO MUCH JUNK this entire MONTH that I feel the need to clean out my system of the goods. I already miss it. I am craving cookies as I type. Oh well. I think it will be good for me. I had some stomach aches today. It was odd. In the bathroom, popping a zit (how lovely) I felt the sudden urge to vomit, then within seconds the feeling was gone. Trust me, it had nothing to do with the zit- I deal with those daily. Then later in the day it happened again. Random seconds of stomach nausea and then nothing. I also have been getting headaches the past couple of days. I decided a break from chocolate will do the trick. I feel like an alcoholic...but with chocolate. A chocoholic. I even considered looking it up online to see some tips on cutting back. I didn't. Not to say I wont:)

Well anyway, today we had the pleasure of borrowing from some friends "GUITAR HERO III" YAHHH ROCKON! It's way cool. It is for the Wii. It is WAY HARD TOO! Holy smokes! We had a blast though. Clay is way better at it than I am. We play guitar to songs like "I want to rock all night"; "Barracuda"; "School's out for summer" and other songs like that. I was a little offended of one of the guitar players who was a woman with a black bra on and black pants with her thong hanging out. She was a cartoon of course, but it was still a little disturbing considering CHILDREN play this. And I don't want to see it either! Ha, it ways way fun though. We totally want one. We also want DDR BAD! (dance dance revolution). Typical huh? Right after Christmas when we are spoiled we are already making lists of what we want next! I sicken myself.

Well it's been snowing like crazy still. I am super glad we decided not to go to Utah. I think we would be in very dangerous road situations.

I am starting to get bored. No school and no work gets to me after a while. I have finished the second installment of "The Company of Good women". It was good. I finished my quilt. I've cleaned our apartment. I've blogged, while no one ELSE is blogging. I've messed around on my Zune. It's annoying. Some days I LOVE IT. Some days, like today, I am really anxious for time to move on so that I can start my internship and be back in a normal groove. I don't have a solid routine...I need that! With school I had a solid routine everyday.

Okay, that's all for now! Love to you all. Pray and wish me luck that I can make this goal of no chocolate for a week!

I have been feeling the same way about way too much junk food. I have even been feeling sick about eating one more sweet.(even chocolate) I am also a chocolate addict. I really enjoy the holidays but I also am glad when I get myself and the family back into our normal routine. The games sound like fun and would love to try them. Have a great day and good luck on the no chocolate week. I will try to not tempt you when you come for a visit. Love you. bye now.

Hey Danielle,
random stomach aches, headaches, maybe, you are pregnant!!!! Just kidding, it is probably from to much junk, good luck with the whole no sweets thing. The new game sounds way fun. I love the new look of your blog also, I think that it is the one I liked really well, I will have to get on her sight and check some new ones out. Anyway, the roads here are not to bad, Blain had to drive to Rexburg to the college last night and he said he had good road most of the time except for malad pass and then from shelly on to rexburg they have been really bad, but it is supposed to blow today so I am sure that they will get worse.
Hope you have a great new year.
Love Aunt Susan

Danielle, you need to blog your quilt! I want to see it! I love your new backround on your blog! The chocolate....heheh goodluck. I think everyone in our family is healthy but me. Everyone has these insipirations of being healthy and excersizing etc. and I don't. ha. Well, you are lucky that you want to be back into school or work or whatver routine- I LOVE not having anything to do, to do anything I want to, just start another project! What is the woman thing you were talking about? is it a book? I'm sad you didn't get to see the lamms, but I"m glad you didn't go for weather reasons... it just sounds like things have been awful weather wise over there. Weather has been yucky here too. I cannot believe that thong deal on that cartoon- isn't it sick to think that someone designed that, showed it to their boss, and the boss said- yeah- good idea! Sick! The game sounds fun though- I know the feeling of wanting things.....I feel like a bad person- because I just got a whole bunch of nice things- and I just want MORE! WEll, I don't think your a bad person, I love you very much.

Oh- and sorry about the nausious feeing, I was just sure that there'd be tons of comments in return saying "sounds like your pregnant" and nobody did! Any time I say I feel like puking everyone says that. Well, hopefuly it goes away. I'm sorry.

Ok, here is my advice for chocolate. Don't have ANY ANY ANY in the house. That is the ONLY way. Because then when you feel so desperate you just SUFFER because none is around. But then after a few days of sufferage your craving is kicked. For awhile, anyway. Also, zit popping. Take it from an EXPERT, the less you pop, the more you have. Seriously, go a WEEK without popping anything and your skin will be so clear. Trust me. I, out of anyone, would DEFINITELY know!

I love your blog. I will pray for you not to have chocolate cravings. I hate it when I eat too much stuff!!!! I will have to purge my house tomorrow, go back to the water to exercise, and physical thearpy:) I hope your vacation gets better. Megan is right, the more you pop the zits the more you will have:( It is a pain. Your skin will improve if you NEVER go to bed with make up on it and wash night and morning. That is what I learned with BeautiControl training. I didn't always have a clear face, so I truly do understand. My mom taught us girls to always wash our face night and morning, and I learned so well that I can't seem to go to bed without washing my face. BC says you add years to the face if you don't keep it clean. You're so beautiful that all you need is to stop stressing about it and it will get better. Eat more fruit and veggies. I love you sooooooo much take good care of yourself Grandma

Good luck, and good for you. Keep us posted. I have done the no chocolate thing twice in my life. Once for 9 months (in high school), once for 6 months (in college). Believe it or not it helped a lot and the cravings and obsession took a long time to come back after I started eating it again. Love you.
