Say what?!

Except for the chocolate chips, this cookie is completely sugar-free, and gluten-free. And guess what?! It's yummy! Now don't get me wrong- I wouldn't suggest this if you CAN have normal flour...cause those cookies are DEFINITELY yummier. But seriously- BEST gluten-free, sugar-free treat I've ever tasted! Ummmm not to mention there's good grains in there like sorghum and millet! Go to my Chef Danielle blog for the recipe!

Eventually I want to try phasing out the chocolate chips and getting more towards unsweetened chocolate. Meh...we'll get there someday.

I am thrilled that you found a recipe that pretty much works for you guys. I bet that makes you and your body really happy.

Okay, totally off track but Jeff and I were talking about painting our cabinets white in the future. I've been obsessed with the research and knew that you did it. What color and paint did you use? Also is there anything that you would suggest or found super important. Are they holding up well? I would love to hear your thoughts on it.

Those cookies do look quite good . I'll have to make sure that Katy reads the recipe.

Oh my goodness, can I just say You are amazing! You handle everything that comes your way with such grace. Some day you will have to tell me how you do that. :)

I was happy to hear that you are not herxing. Sorry that you are so tired though. That really bites.
You and Clay are in our thoughts and prayers. Love you!

Danielle I am SOOOOOOOO happy for you!!! Really, REALLY. What a difference this can make. Is it sad that sweets make such a difference to me? They do! Where did you get it? A friend? A book? I'm so glad!

YUM-O! I'll have to try these someday! I'm always trying to find treats to make that Court can eat when she comes or when we get together! Good to know that they are good, too! I'm always a little scared to try those kinds of Recipes! I'm sure you know all about that! Love you!!

I thought I made a comment on these but somehow it never got posted. Not sure why, just wasn't watching I guess. They look pretty yummy to me. I think you can make good things without gluten you just have to work a little harder. I truly miss seeing you and will be so happy to see you this summer, I think you got married and moved away so soon. Not that I would change anything just letting you know tht you are missed. hugs and kisses
