Per Clay's request...

Clay tells me I need to blog because he's sick of my other post. There's just not much to say.

We are going to see the movie tonight at 7:30. I'm so.freaking.excited. This has been the LONGEST day of my life. I also decided we need to get snocones after the movie. I asked Clay and he said yes. Cause seriously? It's the middle of July and I haven't had a snocone! If you haven't had a snocone at those sno shack hut things...boy you are missing out. I'm not talking about the snow cones you get in grade school that are just HARD CHUNKS of ice with a pool of flavor at the bottom...I'm talking shaved ice...smooth, with cream and flavor througout. Yum. Red raspberry and cream here I come.

We have been trying to juice veggies and fruit lately. We started thinking it'd be like 2 of our meals a day or something...but holy COW- my body basically yelled at me for making it feel like death! I know that's just me trying to get rid of crap, cause that's what happens when you go on a juicing diet...but when you're trying to go to work, and live a life...it's quite hard. For my lil body anyway. So we are just trying to add a juice here and there. I think it will help, cause we put WAY more fruits in veggies in there than we would normally eat in one sitting. And it just takes a minute to drink it up!

What else what else. I dunno. I've been finding myself in a bit of a rut lately. Emotionally. I just wish so bad I lived closer to my family. But even then things wouldn't be that much different I suppose. I guess I wish that I lived by my family, and had a baby, and was staying home full time. That is what I wish most of all. Oh well!

OH YEAH- one thing that's been great! I made this homemade raw nutella stuff. Except I didn't exactly make it raw, like the recipe. But it is TASTY TASTY! http://www.sunfood.com/pages/recipe-chocolate-hazelnut-butter there's the link if you want to try it. It's very health foody though so like, you may not love it if you eat normal chocolate chip cookies everyday. But for me, it's kinda a saving grace! I ate so much this past week. So yummy. And yes, there's a lot of agave, but also 2 cups of hazelnuts! That's some good stuff.

Tomorrow we are going to get our IV's and I just hope my veins don't explode. That's been happening. Clay wants me to stop going, but I can't help it- they make me feel so much better! Even with my veins exploding and me crying cause it hurts. I'm gonna talk to the docs about that though cause I don't think they realize its happened so much. AND who knows maybe I could get a port or picc line or something. Anywho...

I suppose that's all I can think of! I'll probably post again about the movie after I see it. I love Harry Potter. Will there ever be a series like it again? I really hope so. Cause it's so fun! I love anticipating new books and counting down days, and dressing up and making predictions and obsessing over an imaginary world. Seriously- it's some of the most fun I've ever had! But...it's really quite doubtful it will happen again. I love Twilight, I love Hunger Games, I love other series- but none of them come CLOSE to my undying love for Harry Potter. I'm pretty sure everyone whose read them feels the same way. Anyway- have a great time watching the movie those of you who are tonight! I know I will!

Totally agree with the snocones! MMMMM So good! I crave them DAILY!! They are so delish! So excited to hear about the movie! We haven't made plans to see it yet, but we will! That IV does NOT sound like fun but if it makes you feel better then i bet it's worth it! I'm really sorry that you have to go through that to make yourself feel better! :( you're so much stronger than me! Thanks for the update! love you!!

UHH that is exactly how I feel! Will there EVER be a series as good as Harry Potter??? I just don't see how it could be possible. I mean, it's the best. I'm so jealous that you're going tonight!! I have to wait until monday because we'll be at the coast this weekend :)

We drove past Idaho street last weekend and I missed you :)

Good luck with your IV! I hope it goes well this time.

And I haven't had a snocone yet this summer... WORST! I need one! They're the best!

I've never had a snocone like that! Where do you get them? I only know about the lousy ones, and ew.

I completely agree about Harry POtter. I don't know if it can be topped. There may be something that can't be compared to it, because it's so different, but that's all I can think of.

I'm so sorry you both have to go through all this Lyme crud. You veins are exploding? What? Hopefully, they'll figure something out. I'm so glad you're moving forward. Keep up the great work and awesome spirit. You're amazing.

My arms just hurt thinking about veins exploding. Ouch! I have yet to have a single snow cone this year and it bums me out. Maybe I need to get one this weekend. My problem is we never have cash...ever. And I swear they keep raising their prices. I agree that it has to be the nice fluffy stuff. I have a feeling we will be having our fair share when we head to the islands in 2 months.

Fluffy Sno cones are the BEST! I have the worst sno cone shack across the street from my house. It sucks! Made me SO sad when I tried it. I just watched a documentary on netflix about the juice diet. Amazing! Made me want to attempt doing it. It seems after the first week of a full juice diet the people totally got more energy and just felt MUCH healthier and happy and willingly wanted to continue the diet with ease. But that first week they all look mentally terrible. Good luck!

I think the only comparable series/movies would be Star Wars and Lord of the Rings. The world was obsessed. So probably something will come, but not for awhile. That was funny about Clay. Since the boys never blog (almost) I always think they never even read them. But Greg totally does. Exploding veins? What does that even mean? I've never heard of that. Is it ok for them to explode? Greg and I went through a juicing phase. It IS yummy. But also . . . smoothies are great because then you still get the fiber and just more bulk in your tummy. Either way, you're getting lots of vitamins, so that's good. Call me when you feel rutty. I wish I lived by you too.

I'm so glad you got your juicer, and yes it is a supplement, not a replacement for your meals. Nutella sounds yuuuuummmmmyy!!! I didn't know it hurt you so much to get your iv. It makes me so sad. I wonder if they tried it in a bigger vein if it would work. When Lizzie had Rye syndrome was dehydrated and only almost 3,they tried it in every arm, hand, wrist and finally got it in her foot. I'm glad you are going to talk to the docs about it. Harry Potter..... it truly is the best there ever was. I hope someday someone can match it. I would love to have that experience again. I'm going tomorrow. Our theater only is showing the 2nd part. I wish we were having the double feature thing. I love you!!!!!

I think it is hard to live so far away from family, and I hated it. I lived in Alaska for two whole years, and I was young and it was hard. I really missed my family. I am still close to my little sisters, and most are far away, but there are phones and e-mail. I don't like your veins exploding, sounds to me like they are putting it in too fast and the blood backs up and pops a vein??? ASK THE DOCTOR that isn't RIGHT!!! I know it. CHECK IT OUT AND I HOPE YOU GET THIS BEFORE YOU GO TO HAVE IT DONE. That is your body and it is your responsibility to ASK and take charge. I love you and it shouldn't hurt. You are sweet and wonderful daughter and granddaughter and you shouldn't have to endure something that could be prevented. Hugs and kisses

Oh Danyelli, I hope they will be able to give you a port, OR- give it to you slower and find a better vein. It's too bad the foot one grosses you out. It'd be the top, not the bottom! Snow cone.... I've never had one like that- just the chunky ice kinds. I think it's an Idaho thing. It sounds heavenly and wonderful. If I knew of one, I'd get it every day- ha. We still haven't gone through all the HP's again, so we are waiting until we're done with our review to see the movie in theatre, plus I went to the mall, and the lines were so long anway. But- I also love that kind of excitement in the air, so I'[m really happy you got to be apart of it! Juicing.... that's what I did in my diahrea days! ha. They're really yummy! That is a nice treat for you guys, I'm glad you're not replacing it with meals too. I am so sorry you are stuck in Idaho. But I truly, honestly believe that you will live by us some day. I really do. And you know my feelings are almost always right. We were wrong on the twinners, haha- but that was just a gliche. I really feel like you are eventually going to move to CA, I think your jobs are just perfect for your situation right now, so your stuck for now. But when things get better healthwise, it will open the door, and I think you will move to CA. Plus, down the road jobs will get better, I hope?! I love you, and I am so sorry you are having a hard time. I love you so much.

I think there must be something wrong with me. I don't really like snocones. Any time I try them they are just wasted. I like ice cream during the summer.

We just saw Harry Potter yesterday. I loved it. I was crying off and on the whole time. My step brothers saw it, too and they were like, "It wasn't bad." and "It was nothing like the book!" They expect too much of the people who make movies. They only really like them if it wasn't based on a book at all or if it was exactly like the book and when is that going to happen. Anyway, I loved it and it makes me so sad that it's the last one! :( :)
