I'm such an old lady...

So, somehow I threw my back out...or something? All I know is my back has been in pain for a while now (but this isn't very unusual for me), and last night at Zumba, all of a sudden BAM- I felt like if I moved wrong I would BREAK MY BACK! Yeesh. So anyway...went to the chiro this morning and he adjusted like...EVERY PART OF MY SPINE. No joke. I usually only have to adjust upper and neck. This time he adjusted tail bone, lower back, upper back, and neck! Talk about craziness. It's better but I've been icing/heating it off and on as well as doing these super sweet stretches that would be really embarrassing in public.

While I was icing/heating... I watched Miracle on 34th street! 1994 version. With cute Matilda. I don't know her real name...anyway- it just put such warm fuzzies in my heart! I'm so excited for Christmas time.

"What else did you ask for Susan?"..." A baby brother...cya!"

Well, we are going to Cali soon and I can't WAIT! Hopefully my back recovers quickly.

Alright, till next time. Happy Thanksgiving!!!!!!!!!

Sad. I know what you mean. Greg and I have thrown out our backs a couple times and it makes me go, "What? I'm too young for this!" Apparantly not. That movie is the best. I've started watching netflix abc family movies and one of them was Christmas. I've also been playing christmas music on the piano everyday for two weeks! I hope you feel better and am JEALOUS you get to see everyone and eat all the amazingness.

Oh! I hope your back gets better soon. I have seen that movie like, once and don't really remember it. I need to see it! It sounds really good. I'm so excited for Christmas, too. I always wear Christmas pj's cause that's all I have, but I wore the really Christmasy ones last night and sang Christmas songs knowing it was the right time of year to do it! I'm so excited! Love you and hope you have (or had) a good time in CA! :)
