My new favorite outfit

Yippee! I got this dress at a thrift store a while back for like 3 bucks. I never wore it cause I wanted to alter the chest area to fit more properly:) Pretty soon it became apparent that I'd never do that...at least not for a while. SO I just decided to wear it today and I love it! You see that waist with the buttons?! Inlove... I just had to share. Clay just updated me that I look like a 90 year old woman. Oh well. Ill probably eventually shorten it and take the chest in so it looks less 90 year old:)

I'm pretty much inlove with those shoes I'm wearing. Got them from Kohls a while back when I had like...2 or 3 coupons? I don't know all I know is I got them for cheap. I wear them all the time now.

Yesterday Clay and I raked and raked and raked our leaves. Paul came to help and we still raked and raked and then put the leaves in the truck which took a while! Deary me, it wasn't fun. But, at least our lawn wont be soggy/nasty in spring time. It's so chilly these days, its going to snow and stay anytime now.

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I am thankful for these things:

family
friends
dog
house
agave
iphone
music
decorations
talents
fashion
crisp air (but not cold)
brain
internet
church
book of mormon
zumba

Obviously there's lots more and obviously that is not in order of most thankful :) But you know, those things are kinda big in my head right now I suppose.

Welp, I'm off. Have a happy Sunday!

Adorable!! How can you pull anything off?! And way to go raking the leaves. I was just looking at all the leaves in everyone's yards and thinking it looks sooooo awful lol!

I almost missed this post. For some reason in those pics, to me, you look like you have magical powers. Like you're in Harry Potter. Isn't that the way people are dressing now a days??? In Parenthood (do you watch that show?) the young HIP girl is ALWAYS looking like an old lady to me. It makes me feel like I mustn't have a clue about fashion anymore. I think the fit looks fine, but maybe I can't see the bagginess? I love your dark hair. I've been meaning to do mine for DAYS.

Men just haven't any sense of FASHION!!!! There I really said that. I think you look awesome and very HIP as we used to say in our day. All kidding aside, you look lovely and beautifully perfect. I think so and I know a lot about fashion as I look at lots of Magazines, and all of my Beauti-Control brochures. So I keep up on the latest. The shoes are really darling, so cute!!! You are truly beautiful. Hugs and Kisses Love you

I LOVE the dress. It looks straight out of anthropologie. I'm always saying that to you, huh? but you manage to do it for 5% of the cost. Love it. so cute and it looks really good on you. Lovin the shoes too.

shad would hate it. but he still hates skinny jeans, calls me a cowgirl every time i put on my boots, doesn't like bangs, leggings or ruffly shirts (he says they look pioneer??) Whatev
