If working out was easy the whole USA would be thin and I just read that 40% of us are obese! Isn't that so sad? So obviously, you're not the only one and OBVIOUSLY doing much better than most. I say do it! That's awesome! And then you feel NO GUILT in spending fun money at the end of each month. I think it's great. I hope it works.<br /><br />For me, if I didn't have kids, I don't think I'd work out. It's 90% about being by myself undisturbed than anything else. I think that wh...It sounds like a good plan to me. I think that whatever works for you is just fine. I wish someone would give me a dollar to exercise, and another to stay on the WW program. I think it would motivate me. I am trying really hard, but I still have really bummer days, when I just eat too much. I have lost almost 30 lbs and I have about 25 more to go or maybe 29, and then I would have a few pounds to play with. I look forward to seeing you guys this fall. So happy to get to come that way.
